At Scandinavian Designs, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or decor is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer's packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For small parcels, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for oversized furniture items, our concierge will contact you to schedule a white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
